Do you seek to cultivate a relationship with a form of the Divine Mother to mirror your own role as a Mother? Recently I noticed that I have images of the Divine Mother all around my house! I think I have subconsciously done this over time to place a mirror of the beloved Mother archetype for my eyes to connect with in moments of frustration and feeling lost.
As part of Adorning the Heart of the Mother, we will each choose a Divine Mother archetype as a guide to accompany us on our creative journey. We will each listen to and develop practices of honoring Her throughout the six weeks. Of course, as we honor Her we are also actually honoring ourselves. Sometimes it’s easier to give wholeheartedly to another, and through that practice the alchemy happens and we realize we have dissolved blocks to honoring ourselves.
Adorning the Heart of the Mother is an opportunity for Mothers to claim bits of time to devote to creativity; to give voice to their experience through color and form; to learn to honor their own divinity through articulating aspects of their journey in a way that creates beauty, movement and power.
