Join me for a ceremony to welcome the energies of Beltane into your creative sphere.
Beltane is a time when nature is abundant and fertile; the conditions are ripe for superior growth and expansion. All around us, nature is in its fullness, its journey to ripeness. How can we align with this supportive energy to allow our own fertility to expand, bringing the juiciness of life into our body, to thrive and to shine? Knowing that the more we nurture and support ourselves, the more we are able to bring nurturing and support to the world through our own actions.
At Beltane, we really bring in our energy to focus upon creating the best environment for our seeds to grow. We see which ones we want to prioritize and give what they need to thrive. What is taking up space and resources in our body/mind/field that we can lay to rest? How can we call forth the energy for our priority fruits? When we bring our energy into focus, we can provide what our seeds need to grow and thrive, which is true fertility. When we embody this state of health, our body can become a clear channel for creative energy to flow through.
This class is part of my Cycles of the Earth series, where we honor the seasonal shifts and special times in nature with a guided painting ritual. I ask that you bring a flower with you to the ritual, something that is bloom where you live, to be a guide and support for your experience.
I will start the ritual by speaking of the magic and energy of Beltane, sharing personal experience about my own journey with reclaiming my wellbeing and aspects of my power that I had given away.
I will then guide us through a drum journey, where we will meditate with our body and heart. We will connect with what may be blocking us from accessing our true fertile nature, our ultimate wellbeing. I will guide us through a painting ritual to express and mark what was learned within. This painting will be a representation of what you are calling in during this potent time.
When we paint in ceremony, the painting and the act of painting itself become this incredible alchemy of manifestation. We bring the unseen to the seen.
Your painting can become a beautiful meditation piece to remind you of your wholeness and vitality, to sit with you in a special place and to guide you to the summer's peak of the Summer Solstice (when the next Cycle of the Earth ritual will be held!)
This ritual comes in the form of a recording, so that you can do it in your own time whenever it works for you around the Beltane portal (May 1). I also love recording the rituals by myself, for I find that I'm really able to get into the ceremonial space and be in my most authentic self. Though we aren't doing the ritual live with a group, it is still a group process on the subtle levels, as you will be connected with everyone else in some way who is also doing the ritual.
You will be sent access to the video ritual on Saturday, April 30 at 9am PST. You will have access to it from that point, to do as many times as you like. It will be approximately an hour and eight minutes long. Please do register with the email you use for your YouTube account, as the video will be housed on my private YouTube channel.
