this morning I was reminded of the importance of connecting with our guides, angels, ancestors, and helpers.
sometimes all it can take is a simple acknowledgment, a simple offering, a simple moment of presence.
the new moon today is in the Nakshatra of Ashlesha, the male cat. I intuitively made this collage with myself and my beautiful cat Sprite, who is now in spirit form. After I made the college, I realized the energy of the moon had been coming through me naturally, with ease.
I have an intention for this moon - to be more fully in my heart, front, back and center, so that my heart energy may radiate through my arms and legs and neck to all my extremities. how deeply in my heart can I be? how in love with life can I be?
I ask my guides to be with me to help me remember this intention. I ask that more and more art and beauty may flow through me, so that I may share it with others.
I have a dream to go to art therapy school so that I may help others in a deeper way to connect with art in a healing way. art of the heart.
