I am offering an intuitive painting ritual to symbolically adorn the temple of your heart. 

This ritual comes in the form of a video recording sent to you, so you will be able to do it in your own time as many times as you want. In that way it is both an individual and a collective experience. We will begin with a guided meditation to connect with our body and our heart. I will be sharing poetry throughout the ritual, and will direct a painting experience that will enable you to paint a symbolic representation of the temple of your heart. 

This ritual will be something that you can take with you and perform any time that you feel called. It is a way for you to reclaim the ability to express and heal through deep creative expression. If it has been a while since you have connected to your creativity, this ritual can also be a beautiful way for you to reclaim that connection. It is a gift to yourself, to connect in this embodied way. 🌹

We will be working with the energy of rose to help us soften into the heart space. You are welcome to connect with any form of rose medicine that you have - be it a simple rose petal tea, a rose flower essence, a rose tincture or elixir, a photo of a rose, a fresh rose, or even a clear vision of the rose in your inner eye. The rose will help us to feel protected to birth this creation, as well as help us soften to receive the medicine of our own hearts.

Each participant will create their own intuitive painting to have as a piece for meditation, contemplation, and activation on their altar, in their home, to be burned, buried, or whatever feels best to each individual. 

The ritual is an hour and fifteen minutes long, and you will have access to it to watch as many times as you like. All you need is your choice of rose medicine, watercolors, some watercolor paper, a brush, and some water (preferably spring water if available).

Note: After purchase, depending on what time of day it is, please allow up to 10 hours before the video access will be granted to you (it will probably be sooner, but if it's in the middle of the night I'll grant access in the morning as soon as I see the purchase).
