What’s a somatic rune session? Great question!
When it comes to readings, whether it’s Tarot, Runes, oracle readings, or any other divinatory systems, the client experience is often on the receiving end of a lot of information.
Sometimes it can feel like the reader is doing a lot of talking and crafting a beautiful story, but the client can come away feeling overwhelmed, wondering what they are supposed to do with it all.
My intention with my offering of the somatic rune session is for it to be more interactive and about listening to the messages that come through the body experience in the form of behaviors, thoughts, images, beliefs, patterns, emotions, and sensations.
I am an SEP in-training, currently at the Intermediate level, and I weave in Somatic Experiencing™ to ground insights in the body and explore how the Runes can support you in an embodied way after the reading.
You do not have to know anything about the Runes or divination to benefit from a somatic rune session.
I simply use the language of the Runes as a container to bring play and depth into our time together.
You may even come away from the reading with a greater curiosity of the Runes, the self-inquiry process, and what that can look like for you.
Sometimes we could use some guidance in the form of clear reflection to affirm what we already know deep down inside. The Runes and somatics are a wonderful resource to explore what is particular alive for you—the catalyst for why you are drawn to a reading in the first place.
Our session will be an organic blend of settling and centering exercises, somatic awareness and guidance, Runic exploration, space, movement, drumming, and question crafting (pathways for getting to the root of the core issue at hand). You are welcome to bring any intentions of things you would like to work with.

You essentially will bring a question that is ultimately a crystalized expression of your intent. Often the question is not so clear, but the overall issue is. The beginning of the reading will then include a clarifying of the question—what it is that you are bringing to the reading to receive guidance/answers regarding.
We are diving into the Mystery together and will come out of it with tools, movements, and/or expressions to carry with us long after our hour together.
This reading will be done live via Zoom. It is 50 minutes long.
After you purchase your reading, we will get in touch with you to schedule a time to meet together via Zoom. Please allow up to 12 hours for this correspondence to arrive.
